Our Vision & Values
Our School Vision
It is our vision that our school should be outstanding in every sense of the word, based on the confidence that, without exception, every child receives the best education. Myself and my staff team are passionate about improving academic outcomes for children, but at the same time, we clearly recognise that this cannot be the sole purpose of education. Through working in partnership between our school, parents and the wider community, we will provide opportunities for all children to succeed whilst recognising that all children will achieve different levels of academic excellence. We aim to celebrate all successes, no matter how big or small, to ensure each child feels valued.
We believe that the education we provide for the children in our care should inspire a love of learning, providing the tools they need to learn effectively in an ever-changing world. This will equip them to deal with real-life experiences beyond the classroom. These range of skills we develop in our children will enable them to think independently and challenge themselves. Crondall Primary school life is designed to inspire confident, resilient learners and equip them on the next step of their journey. Our children will always be encouraged and supported to be the best they can be in a safe and caring learning environment.
Our STAR values
Staff and children co-created our school values which we follow with pride. Our STAR values and British values are not always taught as individual lessons but are embedded into the ethos and culture of our school and reflected within our vision; benefitting everyone within our school community. In our assemblies and throughout the day, we are able to learn the meaning of our values.
